Malo e lelei and welcome to the Melbourne THS ex-students website.

The quality of human relationships, I believe, defines the Melbourne Chapter. This chapter operates within a culture of strong value system; focussing on integrity, moral, courage, positive sense of self and for the wider community, compassion, respect, accepting diversity and creativity, whilst being bound by our founder’s motto ‘Ki he Lelei Taha’.

Whilst proud of our achievements in the past few years, our aim is still to provide continual support to our local members and supporters, to the current school, the local community, other ex-student chapters, to the best of our abilities. Some of our achievements in the past included; ‘Best student of the year award’ which is continuing; sporting equipments to the current school; donation to the Victorian Bush Fire Appeal, donations to other ex-students locally, eg. QSC, Tonga College, Tupou College, etc., and individual supports to some of our local members and their families. I would also acknowledge the important roles played by our many supporters, in achieving these goals. Without their supports, our tasks would have been very difficult.

One of our main objectives is to strengthen the relationships between our local members. Establishing this website is one of the many ways of achieving this. If you are visiting this site for the first time, you are warmly welcomed and we would value any contribution that would help and encourage this chapter on its journey in to the future.
