CONTRIBUTION IS STILL WELCOME - REASONS FOR CONTRIBUTION FEES:
  1. Since the implementation of the THSESWS in 1999, our Internet Service Provider(ISP) has charged the THSESWS a  minimum fee of $30 per month and sometimes more depending on amount of downloads. The THSESWS has also spent a further $10 - $15 per month in the use of the phone line for uploading files and downloading messages from ex-students. On top of this, is the hidden cost of the webmaster's labour and time spent on maintaining the site. We are now at a point where the THSESWS needs your help. Accordingly, the THSESWS has decided to ask you all for a small CONTRIBUTION to help with maintenance costs in regards to the general day-to-day operation of the forum, compilation of news, monthly topics, articles and the maintenance of the web site as a whole. If you would like to contribute then simply contact Loseli using the following email: hafr@jpc.vic.edu.au
  2. The THSESWS believes that the services provided by the whole web site has been of great benefit to all ex-students. Most of you don't realise the amount of work (time and effort) going on behind the scene to run a dynamic web site such as the THSESWS. The THSESWS is frequently. Accordingly, it is fair to ask for a small for help in running our site.
  3. You are now guaranteed of a "clean" and "respectable forum", something that we could not implement with the old forum. In addition, we can now deny access to unwanted visitors (who have sabotaged our old forum) in the past.
  4. The THSESWS does generate an enormous amount of traffic(one of the most visited Tongan website) and this was the very reason why lavalink.com.au could not host our site any longer. The amount of traffic is up to 5 Gigabytes and a bandwidth limit of 2 Gigabytes per month.
REGULATIONS FOR THE NEW FORUM: SETTING THE TREND:

The Lalo Kasia Forum is definitely the most educational Tongan Forum on the internet. It initiates intellectual discussions, encourages writing in proper English - without the "trash talk" seen in other forums, it encapsulates one's imagination and fosters harmony, cohesion and promotes the spirit of free speech without provoking others! Finally, it brings out the best in others for all to share and promotes education as a key priority. The Lalo Kasia Forum is strictly after quality contributions with less emphasis on quantity.
