Tonga High School has expanded to include a campus for Form 7. This campus is located at Halafo'ou and the courses run there are designed to prepare students for further studies and to have a taste for university life-style. Part of decentralizing Tonga High School was to build more high schools in the outer islands. These new high schools are totally independent of Tonga High but they always seek assistance in running of their school from that of the Tonga High School administration. Below is a list of the outer islands high schools.

    Niuafo'ou High School
